First, Is Aritzia A Luxury Brand?

Before we jump into these amazing stores, I want to talk about a commonly asked question surrounding if Aritzia is a luxury brand (click here to skip ahead to the list!).

After working in the fashion industry for many years, I would not count Aritzia as a luxury brand. Their price points, although high, do not land under the umbrella of “luxury” in my opinion. However, the store is definitely not super cheap so if anything, I’d call it a mid-high price point retailer.

With that being said, the stores like Aritzia you’ll see below span across various price points. They were simply chosen to be on this list based on their product selections similar to Aritzia and of course, my love for them. And with that being said, let’s jump into it!

Modern Citizen

Modern Citizen has a goal of inspiring their customer who is modern women, citizens of the world. Their styles are, you guessed it, modern. But this brand is so much more than their thoughtfully designed products. They want their products to elevate your confidence to another level.

Modern Citizen is accessibly priced and provides distinctly designed items that are sustainability-produced. Their goal is to create less waste with a conscious mindset by developing responsibly made products made with a minimalist wardrobe in mind.

Everlane is associated with timeless, trendless designs that are made made to last. This minimalistic brand is known for a bunch of cute items including their Modern Loafer and ’90s Cheeky Jean. If you’re looking for some amazing foundational pieces to fill your wardrobe, Everlane is for you.

Another aspect of Everlane that I love is its radical transparency. They aim to be as transparent as possible by communicating everything from product development costs to ethical factory sourcing. The products are just the cherry on top! They’re one of my favorite stores like Aritzia for these reasons.

COS, which stands for “Collection of Style” is a pioneer throughout timelessly designed wardrobe items. This brand produces their clothes with the intention of making them last beyond the season with their high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtful designs.

Cos is all about wardrobe foundations but it goes so much deeper than that for this brand. They exhibit a strong focus on sustainability which is seen through incorporating fine, sustainably sourced materials and repurposed fabrics into the development of their products, just to name a few things.

Storets

A post shared by STORETS (@storets)

Storets is one of the best stores like Aritzia because of their subtly trendy and chic fashion offerings. This brand loves designing products that are both “sophisticated and elegant while at the same time vibrant and playful” so if you’re looking for some items that fit this bill, Storets is for you.

There are many reasons I love Storets but one of the main reasons is because of their ability to mix trendy pieces with everyday essentials. Sometimes the word “trendy” can be intertwined with items that are one-season, throwaway pieces (which is not good for your wallet or the environment). But Storets finds a happy medium between trendy and minimalistic styles which is why I love them so much.

Pixie Market creates chic and affordable ready-to-wear. Their focus on trendy styles that encompass timeless, long-lasting designs is what sets them apart. They focus on multi-functional products above all else with their day-to-night, seasonless styles.

Pixie Market also takes pride in its commitment to sustainability. They place value in various aspects of their business to help lessen their environmental footprint. This is also where Pixie Market does not fall under the umbrella of a standard fashion brand that designs collections well in advance. Instead, they focus on creating designs that have longevity and won’t be tossed after a few wears.

Abercrombie & Fitch has stepped up their game in recent years and if you haven’t noticed, they are absolutely killing it. A&F has shifted to become one of the best brands to shop for minimalistic, effortless clothing.

A&F’s selection of apparel is not what you’d expect from the former 2000’s preppy style brand. They now offer a variety of styles that are chic, sophisticated, and high-quality making them one of my favorite stores like Aritzia to shop.
